Hi.

I'm a photographer-hiker based in South Australia. I've been actively photographing places I hike for the past couple of years, and along with family holidays there are many images from places far and wide in my collection.

I usually carry what I consider to be the minimum gear in an effort to limit extra weight. On multi day hikes, that will usually be a DSLR, a good wide angle prime lens and a lightweight tripod. Maybe a wide zoom if I'm feeling strong. Shorter hikes might see me with a zoom, usually the 17-40 F4L. Details are in the EXIF, apart from the lack of lens information on some shots - that would be because Mr Olympus has no way of allowing his Zuiko 21mm to communicate with Mr Canon.
